Summer at Kwai 2

Our campaign promoting healthy eating and offering a choice of dishes from our vegetarian, seafood and regular salad menu is going down a hoot; as is our garden for al fresco dining.

For those of you who haven't tried it yet do remember that most of our dishes can be taylored to vegetarian. We can also alter the chilli strength without disturbing the balance of the dish as all of our dishes are cooked fresh for you, our valued customers.

A Free Bottle of Chablis premier cru for last month's prize draw goes to...

It's great to let you know that we have made our prize draw for this month and the lucky kwai2.com subscriber to win last month's promotion of a bottle of Chablis premier cru is M. Bostock from Axa Winterthur.

In the news this month...

Two exciting new innovations this month at Kwai 2 start with our first entry into Hampshire Life Magazine. To promote our unique style of dining for the whole community, our entry in Hampshire Life offers a 10% discount for senior citizens. Tell your friends, bring your parents or indeed bring your grandparents. We are sure to provide dishes to please the whole family.

Kwai 2's Charity Garden Party

The second piece of news on the Kwai 2 calendar this month is a charity garden party on the Kwai 2 patio in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital. This will take place on the 31st July, from midday until five. To get the charitable feeling going, we have already been offered live music kindly provided by The Artful Dodgers and a charity auction provided by Alan Stone from our local antique shop, Squirrel.

Along with an excellent traditional Thai buffet, including certain dishes never found on Thai menus throughout Europe, should make for a great day out. We hope it will prove popular and hope to raise a great deal of money for a very worthy cause. Your support in this is deeply apreciated.

This is a ticket only charity party and tickets can be purchased from the restaurant or Squirrel antique shop at £25.00 per adult and £15.00 for children. The price not only includes entry, entertainment and the buffet but a free glass of coke or lemonade for the kids and a complimentary glass of wine for the adults on arrival.
