Christmas Past

Here we are at the beginning of 2011. Thank you to all who enjoyed part of their festive season with us. So what happened over Christmas and New Year?

Well the New Year was a blast and pictures will be on Facebook shortly. Wednesday quiz and curry night had a great start followed by our swarm night! Although we didn't get the swarm it was great fun and never wanting to be beat we will try again soon! If you don't know what Facebook or a swarm is, your kids will tell you. If you don't know what Kwai 2 Curry and Quiz night is, come along and join us to find out. It is all very gentle on both counts; promise.

That only leaves me to say, on behalf of all the staff at Kwai 2, have a wonderful year! When you take a look at what we've got in store, I'm sure you will agree that it will be.

Sunday Lunch

Starting from 6th February Sunday lunchtime at Kwai 2 is back on the menu, or the Kwai 2 menu is back on Sunday lunchtime! As a special treat to all those that enjoyed it so much last year, Somchai's hot menu will be available too. So beat the winter blues by coming along and enjoying anything from a five chilli special to a zero chilli delight.

Buffet Lunch Friday

The last Friday lunchtime of every month is buffet day, ideal for short luncheons and team building. Help yourself and eat as much as you like from our sumptuous buffet. £9.95 per person. Come alone or in groups but please, bookings are required for 8 or more.

Valentines' Day

It may seem a way off, but please don't forget your loved one on Valentines' Day (13th & 14th February). Due to popular demand this is a strictly bookings only evening and deposits are required. The menu will be available on the website soon, and don't forget, a table for two including champagne is waiting for the lucky couple who have introduced the most new customers to our experience.

Thai New Year

Thai new year in April will be a true Thai experience and promises to be a special evening for all that come along to celebrate with us. So if you enjoyed one New Year please watch this space for details for your chance to celebrate another in an altogether different style.

Chef's Lunchtime Recommendation

From this month we will be launching this new feature – so here it is! This months recommendation from our head chef Somchai is Thai Spare Ribs in Succulent Sauce.
